ENVIRONMENTAL COLLECTION ALERT 

As of January 1, 2012 specified electronics will be banned from landfills in the State of Illinois. As a result of this change in the law refuse and recycling collection programs will no longer be able to accept these electronic items set out for disposal.

HOLIDAY COLLECTION FORMAT

When a holiday falls on or is observed on a regularly scheduled collection day if you reside in a Village served by Roy Strom please go to Waste and Recycling, click on it, scroll to Municipal, click on it, scroll to your Village, click on for holiday collection information.

If you reside in Unincorporated DuPage County and are served by Roy Strom please go to Waste and Recycling, click on it, scroll to Residential Subscription, click on it, scroll to your area for holiday collection information. 

The following holidays are observed by ROY STROM.  Service is not provided on the days these holidays are observed; typically collection is moved to the following day (check your area for your schedule).

• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
